Basic Aerial Photography Shoot

Our basic aerial photography shoot applies only to our regional promotions and includes 10 to 12  5" x 7 1/2" color proofs of each site.  The proof photos will be taken from the directions and angles you specify and are yours to keep.

Additional services can be decided upon and ordered upon receipt of your proofs and are entirely optional

• Payment terms are 100% due on receipt of finished products.
• Our quotation becomes effective as a purchase order when signed by the purchaser.

• We will enter your site into our flight log for scheduling only upon the faxed receipt of your quotation.

We photograph only on good weather days to ensure optimum results.  If we fail to provide you with the views (angles and directions( that you had requested, we will drop all charges upon return of all proofs. Proofs must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery via traceable means (Fed-Ex, UPS, registered mail, etc.) to be eligible.  Any proofs not returned within 30 days become your financial responsibility.  No proofs may be returned due to reasons beyond our control such as poor or unexpected building, roof, or site appearance, proximity to other structures, site obstructions (trees, towers, etc.) or poor aerial aesthetics.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your site is "photo worthy".
